System & Tool Management Specialist - Dalian Operation Support Team

Job Description

• Manages and leads project deployment involving one or more functions and project teams to drive implementation and track progress, against the defined project goals and established plan.
• Handle process related change requests from inside and outside with decent existing process understanding.
• Communicates project progress, escalations, and issue analysis to key stakeholders.
• S4 ERP maintenance mechanism & management of CCC Dalian
• Optimize business escalation & Change Request process both internal and external with detailed analysis of impact, scope & cost.

Qualification

• Familiar with CSW and downstream /upstream application and current business, operation and process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English - verbal and written.
• In-depth knowledge and experience utilizing structured project management methodology; PMP Certification preferred
• Ability to work with a multi-cultural, diverse, virtual global/local team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point.
