CACI's Wireless Solutions division is looking to hire a Senior Sales Account Manager to join their team and lead the sales organization. Wireless Solutions specializes in designing, building, and fielding hardware and software solutions to meet our customers’ next requirement. We focus on offering devices that can be fielded to meet the mission needs that lie directly ahead. Size, weight, power, and packaging are of paramount importance in everything we design and build. Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide these solutions in specialized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & application-level software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals and communications systems.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in the Special Operations Forces (SOF), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Intelligence community (IC) representing Wireless Solutions product portfolio.
  • Focus on CACI Wireless Solutions SIGINT, EW, and Communications product initiatives that drive growth through market expansion, product expansion, and new technology developments.

More About the Role

  • Responsible for building/managing pipeline and accurately forecasting opportunities within the account.
  • Manages Customer Relationship Management tool to track product sales and development opportunities within the account.
  • Provides timely, accurate, actionable insights on market and budgetary trends, global threat environment, and competitors, to support Wireless Solutions initiatives and product developments.
  • Collaborates with program management, product line management, and engineering on potential opportunities to drive growth in the account.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with industry partners for potential teaming opportunities to expand growth in the account.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • 15+ years of operational experience operating SIGINT/EW systems in an operational environment
  • An active TS/SCI clearance
  • Prior Special Operations Forces (SOF) or Intelligence Community (IC) EW/SIGINT Experience
  • Detailed understanding of Electronic Warfare operations in all domains
  • Detailed understanding of RF fundamentals, including but not limited to, propagation, detectability, and direction finding (DF).
  • Ability to interact with the customer to understand the requirements of that customer and translate those to a Wireless Solutions engineering requirements.
  • Ability to travel on short notice to support customer engagements and product demonstrations.
  • Understanding of foreign militaries and partnering relationships especially within SOF
  • Ability to brief product portfolio to all levels within customer organizations.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales, front-end of the business, Face-to-Face customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with RF tactical communication systems, applications, and wireless networking.
  • Familiar with data analytics market trends and applications.
  • Enjoys working with people, developing relationships and sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
