Role Overview

We are looking for an AVP – Cloud & GenAI Lead & Architect to drive enterprise cloud strategy and lead Generative AI initiatives. This role blends hands-on architecture expertise, AI innovation, and senior leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise cloud architecture and strategy (GCP)
• Lead GenAI solution design (LLMs, RAG, AI copilots, chatbots)
• Act as chief architect for large cloud and AI programs
• Define best practices for cloud security, governance, and FinOps
• Build and mentor Cloud & GenAI teams / CoE
• Support pre-sales, RFPs, and client solutioning

Key Skills

• Strong expertise in GCP (multi-cloud preferred)
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, microservices, IaC, CI/CD
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, MLOps/LLMOps
• Excellent stakeholder and leadership skills

Qualifications

• BE / BTech / MCA (Master’s preferred)
• Cloud Architect certification preferred
• GenAI / AI certifications a plus
