What you’ll do

Step into a supportive leadership role where you’ll partner with the Store Manager to Own your impact — helping guide day‑to‑day operations, empower the team, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. You will champion regional strategies to grow traffic and sales, maintain operational excellence and compliance, elevate merchandising standards, and make informed decisions based on customer trends and insights. You’ll coach and develop team members, resolve challenges confidently, and foster a culture built on integrity, teamwork, and customer‑first service.

You’ll also need

  • Post‑secondary education or equivalent hands‑on retail or leadership experience
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people‑development capabilities
  • Strong organizational and multitasking strengths
  • Proven decision‑making skills with strategic and operational balance
  • Tech‑savvy with solid Microsoft Office proficiency
