As a Senior Network Analyst at Agropur, you will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and securing the network infrastructure. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Cisco ISE, SD-WAN, and Wi-Fi to ensure the performance, security, and availability of services.

• Salary range 006 : $95,900 – $119,900 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What’s involved in this role:

• Act as an escalation point for critical network incidents, including Wi-Fi, Cisco ISE, and SD-WAN.

• Design and plan the implementation of technology solutions based on business needs (performance, security, cost).

• Configure, optimize, and maintain Wi-Fi infrastructures with Cisco ISE to ensure secure and efficient network access management.

• Manage SD-WAN performance and stability, ensuring high availability and connection redundancy.

• Collaborate with project teams to define implementation plans, cutovers, and provide post-deployment support.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, procedures, and configuration standards.

• Identify automation opportunities and propose solutions to optimize network management.

• Monitor key performance indicators (latency, bandwidth, availability) and produce detailed analysis reports.

• Share your network expertise with internal teams through training and knowledge transfer sessions.

What you need to join our team: 

• 5+ years of experience in network management, including Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Firewalls, and NetScaler configuration and security, allowing you to tackle complex challenges with confidence.

• Expertise in Cisco ISE, authentication protocols (Radius, TACACS), and IP management, making you a key player in ensuring network security and performance.

• Knowledge of Bash or Python is a strong asset for automating recurring tasks and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE (Cisco) or PCNA/PCNSE (Palo Alto) will strengthen your technical credibility and expertise.

• Bilingualism (French and English) to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners across various regions.
