We’re looking for a  Scale Customer Success Manager to join us in Prague 🇨🇿 and to help us expand the value that our customers are getting from Similarweb and as a consequence retain the existing customer base.  ✨

 

Why will your role be so important?

Scale CSM role plays a crucial role in Similarweb’s efforts to build a Digital CS program. This role combines understanding of industry context, using tech signals to prioritise your outreach and adding a human touch in order to guide customers in reaching their goals.

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Use technology and tools to deliver value at scale by running one-to-many programs, such as email campaigns, webinars, tailored training sessions, new resources, and open office hours
  • Define and achieve short-term goals that align with the customer’s objectives in a fast-paced relationship
  • Implement Scale best practices and strategies tailored to each customer segment, leveraging data analysis and their specific needs
  • Engage directly with key customers at pivotal moments in their journey to ensure successful adoption of Similarweb and securing a renewal as a result
  • Collaborate with the Automation and Product Marketing teams to ensure customer retention while maximizing account potential and overall experience.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who has:

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B/B2C as a Customer Success Manager
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of customers (over 100)
  • Strong prioritization and process-oriented skills
  • Ability to multitask and switch between different activities with customers that are on different stages of their life cycle
  • Strong skills at building trust and providing value in a short period of time
  • Ability to conduct a One-to-many type of communication: email campaigns, webinars and office hours
