Job Description Summary:

Evaluates patients on the referral of a physician or by direct access and plans and implements an effective Physical Therapy program to promote maximum rehabilitation. Supervises PTA's and other ancillary personnel in patient care. Maintains a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: Physical Therapy (Required)LIC - Licensed in Field - State of OhioState of OhioState of Ohio

State Driver's License. Requires in-depth knowledge of human growth and development, human anatomy and physiology, neuroanatomy, kinesiology, manifestation of disease and trauma, normal an abnormal physiological responses, injury and disability, and ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic influences on an individual. Knowledge of basic neuro, orthopedic, cardiac, and pediatric treatment techniques and in the theory and application of all Physical Therapy modalities. Must possess a B. S. Degree or certificate in Physical Therapy. Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio. CPR certified.
