Work closely with Risk and senior stakeholders to provide meaningful analysis of credit performance, emerging risks, and portfolio trends.

Develop, maintain, and enhance regular operational & credit risk reporting.

Produce portfolio performance analysis including arrears, defaults, recovery rates, and key risk indicators.

Deliver deep-dive portfolio analysis to identify emerging trends, concentrations, and risk drivers.

Do work that matters

Retail Banking Services (RBS) offers market-leading products and services, supported by some of the world’s best systems and processes.  You will be part of the Collections Strategy Team, within RBS that develops and implements strategies for Collections for all products including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Home Loans and Personal Overdrafts. The team also provides advice and oversight to business teams managing their risks associated with their portfolios from a strategy perspective.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have

  • Come from a Credit Risk / Collections analytical environment.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and statistical analysis (SAS, SQL, Tableau, Python, R, Excel).
  • Experience with BI/visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Ability to work with large data sets and understand interactions between relevant data.
  • Experience in change management, influencing, workflow management, and managing to the highest degree of compliance and governance including documentation.
