Not a morning person? Looking for an exciting role where customer service meets mentorship? Hazy Library and Learning Center is seeking a friendly, tech-savvy individual to join our Access Services team. You'll lead and inspire a team of student assistants while providing top-notch service to students, faculty, and staff.
As the Evening Access Services Coordinator, you’ll ensure a safe and welcoming environment, handle security and facility matters, and maintain patron records. If you’re passionate about education and dedicated to creating an exceptional learning space, we want you on our team!
Work Schedule:

· Associate degree or 18+ months of experience with increasing responsibility
· Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet end-user applications.
· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
· Experience working independently with enthusiasm and drive.
· A talent for mentoring and motivating others.
· A knack for technical problem solving of computer/software issues.
· Experience providing an excellent in-person customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with library operations.
· Experience with an integrated library system.
