As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s culture, driving talent acquisition and retention strategies, and fostering an environment that promotes team member growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Assist in development and implementation of HR strategies with the Company’s overall mission, vision, and business objectives as outlined by the CHRO.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and initiatives that support organizational growth and success.
- Lead the HR team in executing programs and policies that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and team members, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution processes in a fair and consistent manner.
- Address team member concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- In partnership with C-suite, foster team member engagement initiatives to enhance the overall workplace culture.
- Partner with HR leadership and organization to support talent development for retention.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and professional development planning.
HR Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure the Company’s compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate HR-related risks and promote a culture of ethical conduct and integrity.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to design and implement relevant training programs.
- Review onboarding orientation to enhance effective training styles and programs for knowledge retention and engagement.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced HR degree or certification preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience as an HR leader in multi-site / multi-state environment required.
- Ability to operate as a people leader in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Warm and effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Working Conditions:
- Remote work. Standard office environment with occasional travel per business need.
- May involve weekday evening hours to accommodate team member schedules.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Fine finger coordination required for typing, pressing objects such as utilizing laptop/mouse for communication and documentation purposes.
- Ability to speak clearly with team members so others can understand.
- Ability to hear and understand others when speaking.
- Ability to view computer screen monitor.
