Summary:
As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, industry, tools/methods to ensure successful solution design and delivery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth integration and management of services. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients and project teams, offering your expertise and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with client project teams to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on functional, technical, industry, tools/methods aspects.
- Assist in solution design and delivery, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with the client's needs and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring the successful integration and management of services.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in service integration and management to continuously enhance your expertise.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the solution design and delivery process.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of service integration and management methodologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and guidance to junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in service integration and management.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing service integration and management frameworks.
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools and methodologies related to service integration and management.
- Experience in conducting assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of service integration and management processes.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
