As a Rental Operation Agent, life is busy. You will have the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service by preparing vehicles to the highest standards and timely delivery and collection of vehicles and optimising the customer experience.

Job Title: Rental Operation Agent

Salary: £25,500.00

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday 07:00-20:00, Saturday 08:00-14:00 and Sunday 12:00-20 :00.

Key Responsibilities of a Rental Operation Agent:

• Preparing vehicles for rental and ensuring they are safe and cleaned to the highest standards.
• Completing post-rental vehicle checks with the customers when vehicle is returned and ensuring customers are satisfied with the rental experience.
• Delivery and collecting vehicles.
• Keeping bays clean and the workplace tidy.
• Completing paperwork, reporting any faults and damage.

• Have attention to detail and love working with new cars
• Have good communication skills
• Have terrific teamwork
• Have a full driving licence with 12 months’ experience
• Are flexible on location
