We're seeking someone to join our team as Director in the Divisional Management team. Operations Transformation partners with Operations users, Technology and Business stakeholders to deliver strategic transformation initiatives. 

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Advanced Specialist position at Director level within the Firmwide Operations division.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Hybrid function role of a PO and BA responsible majorly to own requirements and deliver automation projects built on POWER apps/automate using agile methodology

  • AS IS Process understanding and reimagining into TO BE process

  • Project execution oversight and stakeholder management

  • Identification of new opportunities to add to automation backlog

  • Enablement support - building training and awareness materials, facilitating training, workshops, roadshows


What you'll bring to the role:

  • BA/PM/PO experience, with the understanding of how to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-pace environment by creating backlog and managing sprints

  • Technical expertise on RPA tools like UiPath or Blueprism or Power Automate (preferrable)

  • Flexibility, with the willingness to engage with a wide range of initiatives

  • Collaboration, with the ability to work well and influence teams across multiple locations 

  • Agile based delivery experience and well verse with ceremonies like Sprint planning, retrospective

  • Experience in banking domains like Operations or Compliance or Investment banking etc
