Your Mission
Take charge of sales activities for our Foot & Ankle product portfolio, including Total Ankle Replacement and forefoot implants. With a focus on creating better healthcare outcomes, you'll be responsible for:
Implementing marketing and sales strategies.
Building relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
Training surgical staff in operating room settings and conducting workshops.
Supporting customers from initial interest through order follow-ups, ensuring seamless delivery and satisfaction.
Representing Stryker at trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 6+ years in sales or marketing within medical devices or similar industries like pharmaceuticals.
Education: A possible university degree in medical technology, health management, business administration, or related sciences.
Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Norwegian.
Other Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of orthopaedic products or prior experience in medical technology.
Passion for selling complex products and delivering top-tier customer service.
Strong networking abilities and the skill to connect with diverse stakeholders.
