Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development. - Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of SAP integration with other modules. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP SD modules. - Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
