About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Customer Operations Specialist to support our French-speaking customers and commercial teams.

This role goes well beyond traditional customer service. You'll become a key operational partner responsible for ensuring customer orders move efficiently through the entire fulfilment process while proactively identifying issues, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and driving resolutions before they impact the customer.

Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing, and Customer Care teams, you'll investigate operational issues, monitor business reports, manage escalations, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience through operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle

  • Review operational reports to identify orders requiring attention or escalation

  • Investigate order issues and proactively drive resolution

  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing and Logistics teams

  • Support quotations and customer master data activities

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy across SAP and other business systems

  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Resolve customer enquiries and operational escalations

  • Build strong working relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken

  • Approximately 4 years of experience within Customer Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, Logistics, or Shared Services

  • Strong SAP knowledge

  • Experience working in multinational environments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical and investigative mindset

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple activities simultaneously

  • Customer-focused approach combined with strong operational ownership

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve

A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience and a proven operational track record will also be considered.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce experience

  • Previous experience reviewing operational reports and dashboards

  • KPI monitoring experience

  • Process improvement initiatives

  • Supply Chain or Logistics exposure
