You will lead a team of media buyers and own a multi-million dollar paid media budget, with direct accountability for delivering new customer acquisition targets within defined efficiency guardrails. This role requires a hands-on leader who combines deep media buying expertise with operational rigor and a sophisticated understanding of modern measurement frameworks to build high-impact, multi-language campaigns.
This role will report to our Director of Growth Marketing and is a hybrid position, requiring 3+ days a week working from our Seattle, WA HQ office located in downtown Seattle.
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $152,000-$190,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
