Mission and Goals

Treasury Analyst is the pivotal role in managing Treasury operations across APJ and strategic accounts. In daily business needs to take care of Account Funding, Statutory team coordination, Legal coordination, Banks coordination, India Forecasting, Regulatory reporting, Account maintenances and working on global project Account rationalization. Additionally needs to manage the system administrator net banking access for all banks dealing with Gen group.

The ideal candidate we require should be professional with exceptional management and Skills, to drive this role appropriately.

Objectives

• Cash Management: Ability to manage multi-currency cash flows, optimize liquidity, and forecast cash        positions.

• Trade Settlement Expertise: Familiarity with SWIFT, RTGS, CCIL, and other settlement systems. Knowledge on Trade EDPMS & IDPMS as well.

• Accounting & Reconciliation: Strong grasp of accounting principles and experience with Nostro account reconciliation.

• Treasury Systems: Proficiency in SAP, Kyriba, or other treasury management systems; Excel modelling is a must.

• Forecasting: Experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across regions.

• Reporting Standards: Understanding of trade repository requirements and compliance protocols.

• Regional Regulations: Familiarity with RBI guidelines (India), MAS (Singapore), and other APAC regulatory bodies.

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with internal teams (finance, product, tech) and external banks.

• Cross-Cultural Communication: Comfort working across time zones and cultures in a global treasury environment.

Competencies

• MBA or master's in finance or equivalent experience

• Charted Accountant with 4+years' Experience in Treasury

• 5+ years’ experience - Treasury

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
