Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (Shipping) to lead our nightly shipping and delivery operations. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll oversee a dedicated shipping team, ensure on-time deliveries, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

As the Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

Operational Leadership

• Supervise nightly warehouse shipping and delivery operations

• Ensure delivery runs depart on schedule with proper documentation

• Track productivity metrics and implement continuous improvement

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment

Team Management & Training

• Lead nightly team huddles to set expectations and goals

• Coach, mentor, and train warehouse associates and drivers

• Address performance issues using performance-tracking systems (LYTX, GEO Tab)

• Support onboarding and development of new hires

Scheduling & Resource Allocation

• Plan staffing levels to meet nightly delivery demands

• Assign equipment, routes, and resources to maximize efficiency

Customer Service & Compliance

• Promote professionalism and positive customer interactions

• Ensure compliance with MTO regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies

• Partner with Safety & Compliance Officer to uphold workplace safety

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or shipping supervisory experience (night shift preferred)

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Knowledge of transportation/logistics regulations (MTO compliance)

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment

• Computer literacy (experience with logistics software is an asset)
