We are currently looking for a Marketing and Technology Intern to join our team in Franklin, TN.

A Day in the Life:   

• Contributor to the holistic assessment, roadmap, project management, tracking and report out of how Aftersales will evolve in the Smart Maintenance and Repair and predictive analytics space and how these technologies will impact Aftersales and the Nissan Dealer Network.

• Work with a core set of Nissan Subject Matter Experts to develop new ideas, build business cases, secure budget and bring selected ideas from ideation stage to implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Global Aftersales Connected (QL0), Nissan Digital, Service Marketing, Customer Experience, OneApp, Connected Car Services, VCS Project Design, HFE/Marketability, TCS, etc. to develop an integrated plan. 

• Present benchmarking, reporting, status updates in model year in cross-functional meetings, project meetings, CFT’s, training, conduct Nissan Executive Workshop, etc.

Who We’re Looking for: 

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Marketing, Data Analytics, Technology, Program Management, IS System, or related fields
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently
• Intermediate knowledge of full Microsoft suite of products including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Tableau, etc.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
