Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Officer (m/f) to join our Equipment and Systems (PIEO) department based in Toulouse, France.
You will join the new Procurement Supply Management team for the Equipment and Systems (PIEO) department which supplies equipment for all Plants / FALs and all Aircrafts programs.
PIEO2 supplies parts for Hydraulics, PFCA and High Lift Equipment's for all Airbus programs for all related FAL and Plants. Your main role will consist of managing the supply and ordering activities for a portfolio of suppliers and preparing the future industrial challenges as Ramp up, introduction of New Product

Your challenges :
Act as focal point to consolidate data related to key suppliers
As part of the Operational Business Improvement projects, you will contribute to the initiative aiming to upgrade the value delivered to our customer
Be actively involved in the follow-up of the placed orders in order to ensure "on quality", "on time" and "on costs" deliveries
Lead actions to avoid Missing Parts in anticipation and late deliveries: early warning to the customer and hierarchy, risk management and instigate mitigation actions
Develop a cross-functional teamwork
Join the digital transformation journey engaged by PIEO and be a driver of this deployment
Manage the supply and ordering activities for the Hydraulics and Flight Controls commodity
Participate in supplier performance and business reviews, providing performance feedback to suppliers
Verify the datas relevance for ordering
Monitor inventory levels and stock turns based on defined target
Perform supply chain monitoring through process performance measures and KPIs (Ordering measures, Missing parts, D1, Stock KPI’s, VMI Level of Service)
Perform root cause analysis (such as PPS/8D) and monitor supplier problem solving activities.
Be able to manage some business travels in Europe (1 to 4 per year)

Customer focus
Fluent French is mandatory, Fluent English is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Strong Supplier management focus and resilient

Supply officer background is a plus
MRP II knowledge highly expected: BASICS and/or CPIM Certification would be a plus
Tools Knowledge : Airsupply / SAP PGI-PEA-PDA / PO COCKPIT / Ordering Cockpit / PBA (Ex BW) / Skywise / SPOT IT / Qlik Sense
