Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will engage in the analysis and design of innovative business processes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that the new processes and technologies align with business objectives. You will actively participate in user and task analysis, representing the needs of the business while creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a guide for implementation. Your role will also require you to facilitate discussions and workshops to refine product requirements and use cases, ultimately contributing to the successful integration of new solutions within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and refine business requirements. - Develop comprehensive documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Familiarity with business process mapping and analysis techniques. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
