Contract Management Support Intern

Description -

The HP Industrial Division is a growing business unit that provides world-class digital printing solutions, unlocks new business opportunities, and drives profitable growth in Industrial Printing. The Sales Operations regional teams are the backbone of the business activity, driving all the processes and tools to keep the sales motion meanwhile increasing our customer satisfaction. Working collaboratively with the Sales Organization, Business Management, Service, and many other key stake holders, they are supposed to drive operational excellence, customer experience and manage business continuity risks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Ops Regions of EMEA, AMS and APJ to digitalize the management of the Industrial Print Contracts of Indigo and PWI in the Service Now Contract Module.
  • Support the implementation of the new Simplified and WW standardized contract Template.
  • Any other support activity that the Sales Enablement Representatives’ Teams will require in terms of Contracts management.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Para-legal, Business Administration, International Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of contract management processes and legal requirements for deals’ arrangement.
  • Familiarity with financial software systems and tools commonly used in multinationals (e.g., SAP, S4).
  • Proficiency in business application skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
