Role Purpose

The Commercial Intern will provide operational and analytical support to the commercial team, contributing to effective task management, project execution, and supplier-related insights. This position offers exposure to commercial operations, project management, and data-driven decision-making, providing valuable hands-on learning for individuals interested in developing a career in business or commercial functions.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation & Tracking

  Maintain accurate records of commercial tasks and deliverables.

  Update trackers and reporting tools to support team transparency and accountability.

• Project Suppor t

  Assist in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  Coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Data & Insights Review

  Review and validate supplier-provided reports and insights.

  Summarize key findings and prepare supporting materials for team discussions.

• Commercial Operations Support

  Provide day-to-day assistance with administrative and operational activities.

  Support preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.

  Assist in ad-hoc commercial projects as required.
   

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Prior exposure to the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry is an advantage but not required.
