About the role

Hex is looking for a Demand Generation Coordinator Contractor, based in the SF Bay area.

Working hand in hand with our marketing team, you’ll help us scale the demand gen engine to maximize our reach and create more pipeline. You’ll hit ambitious targets by helping us run field programs, executing memorable events, and pushing the envelope to unlock scale and ROI.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to help plan, execute and optimize Hex’s demand generation programs, including conference sponsorship, in-person field events and digital programs. This unique opportunity is perfect for a burgeoning digital marketer who longs to work in an entrepreneurial environment, where decisions are made quickly and impact is expected daily. You will help create and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals, including marketing campaigns, content and assets that will increase brand awareness, generate leads and accelerate deal cycles. You will collaborate with everyone in sales and marketing as you support ongoing and new campaigns.

What you will do? 

  • Assist in the execution and oversight of demand generation programs by collaborating across teams to organize, monitor, and manage program tasks and deadlines.
  • Support Field & Event Marketing in the creation, promotion, and execution of best-in-class IRL programs.
  • Develop and execute IRL and digital programs that will engage prospects and generate pipeline.
  • Align with the marketing team to develop and support the overall go to market plan, across segments and personas.
  • Work closely with our sales and SDR teams to track lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
  • Manage an event budget, finding ways to maximize every dollar and track expenses against plan.
  • Report on events & programs, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging and brand consistency

Who you might be?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing with an interest in demand gen or field marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills that allow for planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely, and excellent verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork aptitude; thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, people and circumstances.

This is an hourly contract position targeting ~40 hours/week.
