The Role is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department, driving Transaction Services.

The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of activities associated with Trade Matching and Settlement for Listed and Derivative Securities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the entire trade life cycle functions along with trade support and settlements.

  • Onboarding clients and overlook order management along with daily operations

  • Act as liaison point for various teams while identifying and resolving issues within trade

  • Recognize potential for greater process and reporting efficiencies and make recommendations for improvements

  • Assist with day-to-day coordination with different functions to ensure smooth operation along with sharing strategies

  • Provide detailed analysis of escalated issues when necessary and recommend actions for resolution

  • Propose solutions to implement process improvements, client service enhancements, or overall technology enhancements

  • Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures that offer solutions and cost saving opportunities affiliated with function.

  • Solve complex problems, design the best processes / systems

  • Coordinate with internal and external clients to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement

  • Own the overall wellbeing & happiness quotient of the team

  • Act as an advisor to new/junior staff and help them assimilate into the culture

  • Contribute to the larger site by leading / participating in the site workgroups

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of relevant experience

  • People management experience

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
