In keeping with Pfizer’s purpose to deliver breakthroughs that change patients’ lives, Commercial Operations is responsible for enabling transformational marketing capabilities. One of the most critical drivers of this transformation is delivering a compelling experience on owned services and platforms so HCPs and patients can engage with Pfizer through an omnichannel approach.

This senior manager role is responsible for driving content enablement across marketing channels while delivering quality at scale.  The candidate will partner with commercial and/or medical team stakeholders to plan, prioritize and enable content across supported channels with a focus on websites (such as PfizerPro, patient sites and Pfizer Medical site).  Additionally, this role is also responsible for enabling and supporting end-to-end content delivery on Adobe platforms.

Enables the operationalization, utilization and enhancement of aligned channels and portals (e.g. patient sites and PfizerPro) for HCPs and patients in North America to engage with messaging, register to receive follow-on communications and/or access additional Pfizer products and services. 

Collaborates with cross-functional partners to influence achievement of campaign goals:

  • Partners with marketing to translate brand marketing strategies into channel strategies by leveraging platform and channel knowledge
  • Partners with Digital Omnichannel Solutions and Services team to ensure appropriate project prioritization, adherence to process and allocation of resources
  • Builds and manages relationships with agency partners
  • Facilitates communications on channel enhancements and process changes to local stakeholders as needed

Responsible for campaign execution:

  • Manages development of new campaigns/sites as well as updates to existing sites
  • Drives branding guideline adoption and adherence by supporting pull-through of available campaign assets
  • Ensures the collection and provision of campaign metrics and service delivery data to support campaign and service delivery optimization
  • Identifies, analyzes, and solves problems escalating as appropriate

Drives efficient processes and utilization of tools:

  • Drives and supports the usage of service delivery tools, platforms and processes
  • Supports the rollout and adoption of new Adobe tools and processes
  • Identifies and appropriately escalates needs and opportunities for process enhancement, branding assets or operational support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 7+ years’ experience
  • Ability to deliver large scale, complex channel operations
  • Experience in managing projects (Agile experience preferred but not required)
  • Multichannel marketing experience, including digital channels and a good understanding of the omnichannel mix and channel-enabling technologies
  • Proven leadership of managing in-sourced and/or outsourced multichannel service provision
  • Proven track record of developing collaborative and productive relationships with key stakeholders in a matrix setting
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals and/or other regulated industries
  • Strong operational skills to problem solve, drive efficiency and improvement

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
