A caregiver in this role will support the Main Campus Submarket OR Operations team responsible for 110+ operating rooms across Main Campus. This is a rewarding opportunity that offers growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support, and resources. You will experience great exposure to both the institute and department leadership and have numerous opportunities for career growth in different administrative and project/program management. 


A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:30pm. After 90 days, this role may have the possibility of becoming a Hybrid role (3 days in office).  


A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities. 

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements. 

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. 


Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field. 

  • Three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training. 

  • OR Associate’s degree and five years of experience may substitute the Bachelors degree requirement. 

  • OR Master’s degree and two years of experience may substitute for one year of experience. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Can interact with leaders at an executive level   

  • Experience with Excel (basic formulas, PowerPoint, pivot tables) 

  • Can work autonomously in a fast-paced organization

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Experience in a healthcare setting  

  • Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
