We have an opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and collaborative individual to join the Support Operations team focusing on processes, metrics, new projects, and general development.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in CRM and other platforms, Excel, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to managers and team members and assist in project planning and execution, and play a key role in tracking, reporting, and analyzing project performance metrics for our CX Support Organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure project success

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and management of various projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
  • Data Management: Use Salesforce and Excel to manage, track, and update project data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze project data to provide insights into performance metrics, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Support to Managers: Assist managers with day-to-day tasks such as meeting scheduling, document preparation, and status updates. Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the project lifecycle and recommend solutions for increasing efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different teams and departments, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Risk Management: Help identify potential project risks and work with the managers to develop mitigation strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate or master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a project support, coordination, or management role.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.

  • Some experience in analyzing data and producing actionable insights.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) is a plus.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrates understanding of technical software support processes and concepts

  • Familiarity with change management processes and risk control compliance

  • Experience in CRM or a related industry

  • Experience with enterprise integration tools

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is CAD $60,000 - $70,000.  There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
