Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of innovative medical device projects, guiding products from concept through to commercialisation

  • Partner with global customers to develop advanced catheter-based solutions in a regulated environment

  • Provide clear leadership across cross-functional teams, aligning engineering, quality, and manufacturing to achieve project goals

  • Define and drive project strategy, timelines, and execution to meet customer and business expectations

  •  Support the successful transfer of new products into manufacturing, ensuring readiness for scale and long-term production

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Contribute to new business opportunities through project scoping, proposals, and client engagement

  • Balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities to support effective project delivery

  •  Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within project teams

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, Technology, or Science (Mechanical or Medical preferred)

  • Around 5+ years’ experience in the Medical Devices industry, with exposure to product development and manufacturing (catheter experience a strong advantage)

  • A solid understanding of the full product lifecycle, from development through to commercialisation

  • Experience working in a regulated environment, with knowledge of design controls and relevant standards

  • The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers

  • Confidence working across cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities

  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 requirements would be beneficial
