Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex problem-solving scenarios.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on system updates and incident management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable microservices using Spring Boot framework.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and support processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with integration of Spring Boot applications with databases and external services.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and logging frameworks to maintain application health.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
