Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
Arc’teryx is seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to fill our new Manager, Risk and Controls position. Whether it’s abuse of our policies (internal or external), organizational threats, bypassing of controls or other transactional or brand impacting actions, you will provide the expertise and organizational leadership that navigates us through these events.
To be successful in this role you’ll need a deep understanding of global business, from ground level transactional data up to macro economic and societal trends. You’ll leverage your understanding to advise on strategy, update policies and implement new tools and techniques, to mitigate risks in supporting the growth of our business.
This role requires a high degree of cross-functional collaboration and partnership, as risks can touch many facets of our business. As such, relationship building and strategy enrollment are key strengths, whether it’s with Business Partners at our Vancouver HQ, NAM, or International Partners in EMEA and APAC markets, you’ll have the opportunity to work with them all.
This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office, and is open to hybrid/remote work arrangements for the right candidate. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
