Who we’re looking for: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic Customer Experience (CX) team in Beirut.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping cutting-edge digital products and experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and sectors. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects, contribute to innovative solutions, and elevate the digital presence of leading organizations in the region. Our CX team is a growing, multi-disciplinary hub of strategists, researchers, and designers, and as a Senior UI Designer, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing visual innovation to life across multiple digital touchpoints.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead UI design from concept to implementation for various client projects, ensuring visual excellence, intuitive user experience (UX), and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with CX Strategists, UX Designers, and Developers to translate complex business objectives and user needs into compelling and effective interfaces.
  • Champion user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards throughout the design process.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Present and expertly defend design rationale to stakeholders, effectively advocating for user-centric solutions.
  • Contribute across the key pillars of Customer Experience: Audience Understanding & Insights, CX Strategy, and Experience Design.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of dedicated UI/UX design experience, preferably gained within an agency environment, with a proven track record of leading large-scale digital projects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design, robust visual systems, and innovative digital experiences across web, mobile, and applications.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and the ability to perform foundational UX tasks.
  • Experience designing for diverse audiences, including specific considerations and cultural nuances for Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred) and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
  • Expertise in creating, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive design systems, reusable component libraries, and nested component architectures.
  • Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with development teams, ensuring flawless design integration and implementation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to articulate complex design concepts clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
