Job Description​

Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee Summit, MO is seeking an Pharmacy technician Non-Certified. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist performs all accountabilities associated with compounding, preparing, distributing and charging of medications. Assist in the filling and delivery of medication orders, maintaining automated dispensing cabinet stock, and assist with various duties as assigned.

Shift:

  • PRN - evenings
  • 1 weekday Shift (1:30PM-10PM)
  • rotating weekends (7am -3:30pm or 12:30pm-9pm)

Required:

Missouri Pharmacy Tech license

Certified Pharmacy Technician required within 18 months of hire.

• Pick, fill and deliver medication orders and Omnicell stock to appropriate

locations
• Prepack drugs and compound medications including sterile products, chemotherapy, and special dosage forms (topicals, oral liquids, etc.)
• Assist with maintaining stock supplies in pharmacy department as needed
• Answer the phone/ front window, and assist with questions and requests
• Attend all department and technician meetings
