Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. - Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Web Application Firewall (WAF). - Strong understanding of network security protocols and practices. - Experience with threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies. - Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and OWASP. - Knowledge of incident response and disaster recovery planning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Web Application Firewall (WAF). - This position is based at our Manila office.
