Accenture is seeking a Generative AI Junior Consultant to join the Data & AI team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in Generative AI, Python development, and modern AI frameworks. You will work as part of a delivery team, supporting the implementation of AI-driven applications, building prototypes, and learning how to translate business needs into technical solutions under the guidance of senior colleagues.

This position offers hands-on exposure to real client projects, modern AI platforms, and best practices in applied Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Prototyping & Demonstration: Supporting the design and development of interactive Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to quickly visualize ideas. Assisting in preparing demos and walkthroughs for internal teams and clients to help validate assumptions and gather feedback.
• Client Collaboration: Working alongside senior consultants to understand client business problems and helping translate non-technical requirements into technical tasks, AI components, and agent behaviors.
• Agentic Workflow Development: Assisting in the implementation of agent-based workflows capable of executing multi-step tasks, following predefined designs and leveraging tool-use and reasoning capabilities.
• RAG System Implementation: Supporting the development and maintenance of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document ingestion, embeddings, and semantic search using vector databases.
• Application Integration: Writing and maintaining Python code to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with APIs, databases, and internal systems, following established coding standards and best practices.
• Prompt Optimization: Helping test, refine, and document prompt strategies to improve response quality, consistency, and reduce hallucinations.

Experience Profile

• Generative AI Exposure: Academic, internship, or early project experience working with Large Language Models or Generative AI use cases.
• Software Development: Foundational understanding of software engineering principles, with initial experience in backend or scripting development.

Core Competencies

• Python: Good working knowledge of Python, including basic data handling, scripting, and API integrations. Ability to understand and extend existing codebases.
• Framework Knowledge: Introductory to intermediate experience with agentic or orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI (coursework, personal projects, or junior project experience is sufficient).
• Communication & Presentation: Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain technical topics at a basic level and collaborate effectively within a team. Client-facing exposure is expected with support from senior colleagues.
• LLM Ecosystem: Basic familiarity with major model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI) and the ability to work with standard API calls and understand context handling concepts.
• Vector Search: Introductory experience or theoretical understanding of Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embeddings-based semantic search.
• Agent Capabilities: Basic exposure to tool use or function calling concepts, enabling models to interact with external tools and services.
• Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak is required. German is an advantage.

Desirable Extras

• Exposure to rapid prototyping tools such as Streamlit, Chainlit, or n8n.
• Introductory experience with platforms like Databricks, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, or Amazon Bedrock.
• Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment concepts.
• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases, particularly in analytics or AI-related contexts.
