The program serves to provide vital experience for students to combine theoretical knowledge with practical work experience, enabling them to develop skills that will provide them with an invaluable head start in their career.
The job scope of the intern:
1) In-house Development and Reporting: The role involves performing in-house development based on user requirements. The intern will be involved in designing reporting databases, validating solutions with end users, and creating reports and extractions. They will also write specification documents for new developments and automated non-regression tests.
2) Project Participation and Documentation: The intern will participate in project work planning, operational plans, technical working groups, and design workshops related to reporting. They may also contribute to the project implementation build. The role also includes writing specification documents for new developments and code fixes
3) Knowledge Building and Management: The intern will be responsible for identifying and synthesizing best practices and lessons learned. The role also involves facilitating knowledge building and management.
Eligibility
Malaysian citizen;
Undergraduate/ graduate in Information Technology or Computer Science or any relevant field of study from a local or international university;
Able to commit to entire duration of program (minimum of 12 weeks);
Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and ability to overcome challenges through degree or extra-curricular activities;
Displays enthusiasm when given tasks, able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work cohesively in a project or team environment;
Possess the passion and motivation to push for growth and success in the banking and financial industry.
