JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Qualifications:  Master’s degree in social work or related field required.  Licensed required with four or more years of experience.

Summary of Job:  Provides administrative, programmatic, and clinical supervision to assigned service area managers, focusing attention on the completion of clinical organizational goals, coaching for best practices in management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Member of Adult and Family Services Leadership Team
  • Growth, expansion, leadership, training of Program Staff
  • Disseminating/reinforcing changes/updates from all levels to staff
  • AFS Representative/Spokeperson actively participating in center wide planning and control functions to improve quality and efficiency of service delivery
  • Collaborative work with all AFS Directors
  • Collaborative work with Centerstone CIN, CHS and Enterprise Leadership
  • Administrative and supportive clinical oversight/supervision to assigned countiesBudget and performance monitoring for each locationMonthly reports

  • Clinical oversight of service delivery that is in compliance with payor and evidenced based interventions

  • Supervisory Responsibilities for:  Manager of Adult and Family Services; Coordinator of Adult and Family Services, or other staff as needed in absence of a managers
  • Provides leadership for developing the implementation of team based and person centered care for individuals and families with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders that is responsive to both the needs of clients, community and referral sources.
  • Engages in community relations and marketing activities, developing and maintaining working relationships with community agencies and other referral sources. Executes contracts/grants within assigned counties Works with Vice President, the Finance Department and assigned service area managers on the development and management of the service area budgets.
  • Organizational liaison work across the organization as a leadership representative as needed Other duties as assigned

Key Performance Indicators:

Meeting or exceeding budget goals for programs directed within the division.

Staff in division meet clinical documentation and ANSA assessments/reassessments timeliness and quality requirements.

Programs in division meet or exceed NOMS (DMHA contract expectations).

Client satisfaction scores meet or exceed prior year.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

All other duties as assigned.

$81,850.00--$122,740.00
