We’re looking for a Field Presentation Manager - 18 Month Contract to lead the implementation of banner-specific merchandise presentation strategies that bring the Merchant’s vision to life in stores. In this role, you’ll design streamlined processes, training programs, and communication plans that drive profitable sales and elevate the customer experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end rollouts of new standards and fixtures, and mentor a talented team to deliver impactful results. What You’ll Do:

  • Champion the execution of banner-specific merchandise presentation strategies by developing streamlined processes, clear communication plans, and effective tools.
  • Design and maintain comprehensive training programs, collateral, and documentation to support the long-term Merchandise Presentation roadmap.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of merchandise presentation rollouts, including new standards, fixtures, and training initiatives, while analyzing outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage complex cross-functional project plans, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment are consistently achieved.
  • Direct fixture design planning, floor layouts, and adjacencies to optimize customer experience and support strategic store initiatives.
  • Oversee annual budgets for merchandise rollouts, driving cost efficiency and identifying opportunities for process simplification.
  • Inspire and mentor your team through ongoing feedback, career development planning, and succession strategies to foster growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Field Presentation, Planning, Merchandising/Buying, Marketing, and Store Operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all initiatives.
  • Manages significant fixture and project budgets with signing authority for major initiatives.

About You:

  • Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Retail Merchandising and/or Visual Presentation, with progressive leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Hold a post-secondary degree in Retail or Business Management, or equivalent experience; advanced education is considered an asset.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with exceptional analytical, project management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Demonstrate superior spatial awareness and visual acuity, with the ability to interpret floor plans and execute flawless merchandise presentation standards.
  • Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and leading teams with confidence.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize competing demands, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Customer-centric with a deep passion for fashion, design, and home décor; familiarity with the Off-Price Business Model is a valued asset.

Salary Range: $87,031.00-$131,789.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
