As a Disney Hospitality Leadership Program participant in Parks Custodial, you are a steward of the Disney brand, ensuring our parks consistently exceed guest expectations for cleanliness, safety, and immersion. You are a trusted operational partner, responsible for maintaining safe environments, responding to urgent situations, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to keep the park running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with Excellence: Directly manage the Guest experience through proactive and interactive engagement, upholding Disney’s renowned service standards.
  • Inspiring Performance: Lead by example as you coach, develop, and inspire front-line employees, cultivating a culture of Performance Excellence and inclusion in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  • Driving Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to professional excellence, while driving continuous improvement in all facets of the operation.
  • Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Ensure operational compliance, as well as strict adherence to all applicable government health regulations.
  • Collaborating for Operational Success: Build strong, collaborative relationships with business partners and internal teams to deliver efficiency and operational excellence. 
  • Resolving with Care: Handle Guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities for memorable service recovery.
  • Supporting Complex Situations: Lead conflict resolution efforts, providing thoughtful guidance when front-line teams encounter challenging Guest interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • College senior, recent graduate, or graduate level student
  • Majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, or similar
  • Minimum one year demonstrated leadership
  • Knowledge of the theme park industry and a passion for delivering an outstanding service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated strong written and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Shown ability to function effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated strong computer proficiency within a Windows environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior or current experience within the hospitality, service or tourism industry
  • Demonstrated multilingual skills, particularly Creole, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese

Eligibility Requirements & Programs Information

  • At time of application, must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the year.
  • Majoring in Hospitality, Tourism, Restaurant and/or Hotel Management, or similar.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Must provide full work availability.
  • Must be aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.

Program Length: Participants must be fully available for the duration of this 12-month program, June 2026 through June 2027.
