What You Will Do:
The Cleaner I supports manufacturing operations by ensuring products, tools, and equipment are cleaned and maintained in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. This is an entry-level role focused on executing routine, hands-on tasks with consistency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
Clean products, tooling, and equipment following established procedures and work instructions
Operate cleaning equipment and safely handle chemicals in accordance with guidelines
Perform routine, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Support daily and weekly cleaning schedules to maintain production readiness
Maintain production logs and documentation as required
Contribute to 5S, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals
What You Need:
Preferred:
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of Manufacturing or production experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively
Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
