Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Developer with 6-9 years of experience to join the Shared Platform team under the AWF sub-domain. The role requires expertise in OpenText Appworks and strong development skills in Java, JavaScript, and Angular. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise applications across Windows and Linux environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with MS SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using OpenText Appworks.
• Build front-end and back-end solutions with Java, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Integrate applications with MS SQL databases for data management and reporting.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Appworks (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Angular development.
• Solid understanding of MS SQL database design and integration.
• Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide solutions for complex problems.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to other BPM platforms such as Pega, K2, or IBM BPM.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
