As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll solve various users’ requests while optimising our operational procedures. You’ll be able to contribute to streamlining our processes, making them more efficient and effective, and ultimately providing the best possible customer experience.

  • <point>Support Bolt’s Ride-hailing users and help them get the most out of our apps. </point>
  • <point>Support our drivers at the Driver Engagement Center. </point>
  • <point>Create loyal fans by showing them we really care.</point>
  • <point>Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt’s customer support.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

  • <point>You have at least 1 year of work experience in a customer support role. </point>
  • <point>You welcome challenges with an open mind and see them as opportunities. You are proactive and do not stop after 20 obstacles a day .</point>
  • <point>You are always ready to put customers first and be passionate about helping others as well as passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing.</point>
  • <point>You can apply an analytical approach as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt. </point>
  • <point>You have excellent spoken and written Spanish, Guarani, and English skills, any other language is a plus.<point>
  • <point>You have basic knowledge of Google Sheets/excel and project management concepts.</point>
