We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time, Regional Account Manager with leadership experience and strong organizational skills who can join our team to support in the California bay area.

In this role, you will be tasked with assisting your Regional Program Director on uniquely assigned projects by acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while providing a wide array of domestic and international security support and cross functional collaboration to ensure the safety and security of client personnel, operations, assets and global reputation.

In your operations role, you will ensure that quality of service is being maintained, and identify ways in which Surefox can be more efficient and effective in its responsibilities. You will ensure all security officers and subordinate leadership assigned to your deployment are performing their security duties in accordance with client policies and procedures, and all state, federal, and international regulations.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing the delivery and consistency of Surefox’s counseling program; identifying deficiencies and gaps in operations that require more training; ensuring the security posture is maintained to the level required by the client; and handling all other tasks and assignments given to you by your Program Management and Surefox Leadership. Candidates for this role are expected to exhibit exceptional managerial skills and close attention to detail; someone who works independently on assignments and has the ability to liaise and coordinate with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors to ensure clients security requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.

Additionally, individuals in this security leadership role will partner with seasoned security and intelligence professionals across multiple disciplines to develop and deliver innovative and industry leading close protection and physical security solutions, while working in a close, team-oriented, inclusive and diverse environment.

*Primary reporting location will be Surefox offices located in Sunnyvale and San Francisco but there may be opportunity to work remotely from your home of record.

What you will do:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for regional client security accounts, ensuring high-quality client engagement and satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular client meetings, check-ins, and service reviews to evaluate performance and address needs.

  • Manage escalations from client stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and resolution in collaboration with Operations.

Service Delivery Coordination

  • Report to the VP of Client Success and Regional Operations teams to ensure services meet or exceed contractual expectations.

  • Review staffing coverage, scheduling issues, service challenges, and performance metrics with operations partners.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and launching new service sites within the region.

Account Performance & Reporting

  • Track client account performance, service levels, and compliance with contractual commitments.

  • Prepare and deliver account performance reports, service improvement plans, and quarterly business reviews as required.

  • Monitor client satisfaction indicators and proactively identify areas for improvement.

  • Monitor clients and Surefox KPI’s and SLA’s in the designated regions

  • Support the preparation of QBR’s and the audit of information provided

Retention & Growth

  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, contractual enhancements, or additional support based on client needs.

  • Support renewals by gathering performance data, coordinating with leadership, and presenting recommendations.

  • Build a deep understanding of each client’s organizational structure, security priorities, and evolving operational challenges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operational Leadership, HR, Finance, and the Safety/Compliance teams to support client needs.

  • Communicate client expectations clearly to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of client feedback, requests, and actions in CRM or client success systems.

  • Support the regional management team and regional account directors if they have clients that span multiple regions outside of their own.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain awareness of regulatory, contractual, and policy requirements 

What is Required:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a manager-level role within security project management, security program management, or equivalent.

  • Specific experience in security, staffing, protective services, or executive protection.

  • Experience managing multi-site or regional accounts.

  • Proven ability to analyze data for reviewing KPIs and preparing reports.

  • Experience supporting renewals, expansions, or strategic account growth.

  • Must be willing to travel as necessary.

  • Must be eligible for employment within the United States.

  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening (Surefox will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with all requirements of State and local laws, regulations or codes).

  • Knowledge of state labor law.

  • Key Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, adaptive leadership style, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience working with director levels and senior executives.

  • Experience in private security, protective services, or staffing/contract services.

  • Familiarity with CRM or workforce management systems.

  • Prior military or veteran-led organization experience.

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASIS CPP or PSP).
