This role offers flexible scheduling (morning or early afternoon visits), making it ideal for PRN nurses or those working part-time who want to earn supplemental income while gaining exposure to clinical research.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home visits with clinical trial patients.
  • Each visit will include PK sample collection, assessment of adverse events, vital signs, weight and height measurements, pregnancy tests as warranted, review of concomitant medications, and medical history.
  • Collect samples and clinical data to evaluate the safety and efficacy of investigational medications.
  • Perform nursing tasks such as:
    • Drawing blood, taking vital signs, and conducting urine tests.
    • Administering medication when required, including subcutaneous injections.
    • Labeling, handling, and shipping samples per protocol.
  • Document adverse events accurately and completely, including AEs (Adverse Events) and SAEs (Serious Adverse Events).
  • Conduct Mental Health (MH) reviews as required by the protocol.

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state where you work.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Recent experience with blood draws.
  • Comfortable using basic software programs for documentation and reporting.
  • Flexible availability and ability to travel locally (up to 90 miles).
  • Reliable transportation, internet access, and a mobile phone.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role is $50.00-$60.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
