If you are our Gaming Category Manager in Poland, you will have a chance to

  • Be responsible for Product line management of HP Gaming products

  • Showcase superior understanding of the PC Gaming category market/usage model/technology, business management and sales challenges and strategies.

  • Launch new product successfully

  • Represent HP in training, customer meeting and events

  • Analyze and observe the market and competition and take necessary actions to develop HP Gaming Business

  • Established partner relationship & engaged with sales, marketing, and PR and drive Gaming 4P plan for Poland

  • Develop online business and increase Enthusiast market share

  • Portfolios and control Brand Mix management pushing high end products into the market

  • Be responsible for market share execution, revenue, and profit for HP Gaming products by building the right mix of the products

  • Build Gaming Ecosystem through partnerships on outreach to the gamers. E.g., Streaming platforms, Game titles, game developers.

Are you a high performer? We are looking for an individual with:

  • Above 5 years of experience in the Gaming/Product management industry

  • Passion for Gaming products

  • Have related experience in product management or program management with IT products

  • Knowledge of competitor’s product offerings, knowledge of industry norms, and opportunities, understanding of product life cycle, in depth knowledge of marketing elements (product, pricing, promotion and positioning)

  • Proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving attitude

  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can also operate in detail

  • Strong time management and organization skills

  • Customer and data driven

Education and Experience Required:

  • University or Bachelor’s degree.

  • Typically, 5-8 years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experience preferred.

  • Consumer and/or Commercial Partner management expertise.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • IT industry knowledge.

  • Business planning skills, multidimensional.

  • Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.

  • Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.

  • Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.

  • Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.

  • Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing.
