About the Role
We are looking for a Cluster Order Fulfilment (OF) Leader to take end-to-end responsibility for Order Fulfilment activities across the Cluster. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on project execution, customer experience, and revenue delivery.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Application Specialists, working closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and Central Order Fulfilment experts to deliver seamless post-sales experiences for our customers.
As a member of the Cluster Extended Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping operational strategy, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening customer loyalty.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams
- Build a strong, engaged, and accountable Order Fulfilment organization
- Coach and develop Project Managers, Coordinators, and Application Specialists
- Ensure teams have the skills, tools, and training needed to meet customer and business demands
- Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
Drive Operational Excellence
- Oversee the planning and execution of complex installation and fulfilment projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
- Optimize resource utilization and site operations in collaboration with Field Service Engineers
- Identify operational risks and bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
- Define and improve end-to-end ways of working with Sales, Service, and Finance
- Act as Project Manager on selected projects, with full delivery and financial responsibility
Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience
- Serve as a key customer contact during the installation phase
- Partner closely with Service teams to ensure smooth handovers and strong after-sales support
- Lead application excellence throughout the solution lifecycle through, regular customer visits; refresher trainings; audits and usage reviews
- Drive improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer satisfaction, and retention
Own Revenue and Financial Performance
- Take ownership of revenue forecasting and recognition within the Cluster
- Manage backlog and Book & Bill orders in close collaboration with Sales and Finance
- Ensure alignment between operational delivery and financial targets
Collaborate and Improve
- Work with Central Order Fulfilment Subject Matter Experts to harmonize processes
- Share best practices across regions and contribute to global improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and governance

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, operations, or a similar leadership role
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make sound, data-driven decisions
- A customer-focused mindset and passion for operational excellence

- The position requires approximately 40% travel.
