Red Hat is currently looking for Business Systems Analyst Intern to join us in Pune, India. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain technical knowledge and experience in your field, and cooperate with a broader international team both locally and globally. 

During this internship, you will be a part of the Salesforce Support Team, working to proactively partner with internal customers to resolve issues and demonstrate value to them by triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.

The focus for Red Hat's Intern Program is a dual partnership between the Emerging Talent Team, and our intern managers. We can offer you professional development, social engagement and networking, performance and development, and meaningful work at Red Hat. 

What you will do:

• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by proactively managing issues throughout the ticket lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Follow established ticket support processes and procedures

• As part of ticket investigation, perform troubleshooting, log questions or suggestions in the ticketing system, and document testing performed, results, issue recreation, and the next planned steps.

• Collaborate with team members and leaders to turn findings into actionable improvements.

• Translate key findings into visualized presentations

• Network with other talented interns in an inclusive workplace where you can be yourself and thrive

What you will bring:

• Good understanding of SQL,  Python,  Git

• Strong organizational and logistical skills, and familiarity with data science concepts 

• Good written and spoken English

• Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally

• Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team

• Full time student matriculated in a tertiary institution and able to commit 6-month duration during internship from Jan - July 2026
