JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Excellence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for process standardization, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a night shift role with no work-from-home option.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage process standardization projects to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects and initiatives.
- Provide training and support to team members on process improvement techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
- College degree, preferably with a major or minor in Engineering.
- Green Belt certification or training in Lean Six Sigma.
- Proven experience in a process improvement role with a track record of successful accomplishments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and be present in the office.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a similar industry or sector.
- Familiarity with process mapping and data analysis tools.
- Strong project management skills.
