We are looking for TMS Solution Architect professionals across the Service Delivery Lifecycle, managing teams and work efforts at a client or within Accenture.

As a BY TMS Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform.
• Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture is required.
• Expert level of proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing
• Design, configure, test and deploy business process and challenges in BY TMS.
• Participate on integration model definition and legacy.
• Advising organizations on how to implement best practices and support on business process transformation based on value driven principals.
• Requirements Analysis Expert proficiency is suggested.
• Develop innovative solution architectures to meet client needs
• Lead solution planning and costing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide thought leadership in technology solutions

We are looking for professionals with:

Basic Qualifications

• Education:  University Degree (Engineer, Business Administration, Mathematics or Physics).
• Years of Experience:  +9 years experience.
• Supply Chain Transportation projects implementing Blue Yonder TMS solution
• Experience in +3 full cycle BY TMS projects in client facing roles in in Shipper industries (Consumer Goods, Pharma or Retail or any other shipper client are also ok rather than 3PL’s).
• BY TMS design and configuration knowledge.
• Fully hands-on in BY TMS in all aspects: master data, configuration, integration with Legacy system, roles etc.
• BY TMS optimization strategies, integration model and database structure knowledge.
• Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered.
• Experience on supply chain transformation projects
• Passion for technology trends e.g. AI, Cloud, Digital, Mobility, Collaboration
• Clear understanding of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.

General Skills

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Ability to work in multicultural / multiskilled environment.
• An ability to challenge a client's thinking by providing an objective and independent point of view.
• Desire to work in an information systems environment.
